- Via telephone at (+30) 2310 555.969 and mentioning the product SKU that interests you.
- Through our official Facebook page, sending us a Messenger text and referencing the product SKU that interests you.
That depends on the volume of orders we have at the time and the order of priority with which orders have taken place.
The average shipping time of your order is 1-4 business days.
If we are in the scheduled time frame, do not worry, your order will be sent out soon! In any other case you can check it’s status online or by contacting us.
You can pay using your card (debit or credit), by deposit in our bank account or via cash on delivery as soon as you pickup your products.

Absolutely! All the information from you to our servers remains encrypted with security certificates that guarantee that they will not be able to be intercepted by anyone.

Cancellation of your order can be processed within 5 hours of the time it was placed and if it has not already been shipped.
Go to your account page, select the order you want and cancel it. You can then resubmit an order with the changes you want.

Upon shipment of your order from our headquarters, we give you a unique tracking code so you know at any time where your parcel is.
