Our physical shop as well as our online store cooperate mostly with SpeedEx Courier but also with other similar shipping companies. Shipping costs nationwide amount to 4.90€ regardless of whether the customer has chosen the cash on delivery payment method.
The aforementioned values apply to shipments within Greece regardless of region. If the customer wishes to send his order to an overseas country, then there may be additional charges that are not counted automatically upon completion of the order. Shipments to overseas countries are only made after consultation and payment using cash on delivery method is NOT possible with the exception of Cyprus..
If the customer wishes the products to be shipped with a shipping company of his/hers choice then a reference should be made before completing the order in the comments field. In the case in question, the fees are charged to the customer and may be different from the shipping charges provided by BeStarlet.
For shipments to Cyprus the shipping costs are calculated according to the service the customer will choose in the checkout page. From the date of dispatch from our headquarters, the average delivery time at your door by the Courier company is estimated to be 2 to 12 business days based on the options the customer might choose at the Checkout page. For any further delay, the shipping company is responsible. If the customer chooses to pay using the cash on delivery method an added expense of 5€ is added at the order total.
Our online store also offers free shipping on orders over 65€. This offer is valid only for shipments within Greece and the price refers only to the product total count excluding shipping costs.
You don’t want to be charged for shipping costs? The customer can come and pick up the order from our physical store. For more information regarding our location you can review our contacts page. For pickups from our physical store there has to be first a telephone contact from our company to the customer so that he/she knows when his order is ready.
Orders can be shipped from our store within 4 working days, except in a few cases where the product is not readily available. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately by a representative of our company. The time of delivery to the customer varies depending on the shipping address, the volume of the goods, in case of difficult weather conditions and / or various other unforeseen circumstances.
Products always travel on behalf of and under the responsibility of the customer. Our company assumes no responsibility for any damages that may be caused during transportation. Upon receipt of the products and in case there are obvious signs of abuse or tampering of the package, the customer is obliged to contact the company in the presence of the carrier in order to carry out further research on the matter.
You may notice some of the following indications within the product pages listed for your information regarding the product status and are described as follows:
|In Stock||The product is available in one or more of our warehouses but is not available directly at our store. It can only be available in our physical shop upon arrangement.|
|Ready||The product is ready in our store and you can come and pick it up at any time.|
|Upon Request||The product is available only via an on-line order and has an average wait time of 1-3 weeks.|
|Pending||The product is deficient both in our store and in our warehouses. It can be received over a period of more than 3-4 weeks.|
|Out of Stock||The product is no longer available either because the code has been removed directly from the factory or it will take longer than 6 months for restock.|
After completing your order, you will be immediately informed by email about its progress. Your email will show one of the following statements describing the progress of your order.
|On hold||Your order has been received and payment is due (if a bank deposit payment method is selected).|
|Processing||Your order has been received and processed by our staff.|
|Complete||Your order has been shipped from our store and received from the shipping company.|
|Cancelled||Your order has been canceled either automatically by the system, by you or by one of our representatives.|
|Refund||We have done the necessary actions after a failed order to get your money back.|
Date & Time of Delivery
During your visit in the checkout page you will be given the option to choose a desired date as well as delivery time. This choice is made possible upon our company’s consultation with the respective transport company and is provided at no extra cost.
If you choose a specific delivery date, our company will try to cope with this time frame by sending your order at a later time. However, this service relies heavily on the transport company and whether it will be able to serve that time frame in the region. This is based on workload, shop opening hours, distribution medium, place of delivery, etc. You are running the service from SpeedEx Courier only for the following urban centers / towns / villages: (The list is currently available only in Greek language and for inland deliveries only)

If the place of delivery you selected is not mentioned in the above list then the service will NOT be taken into consideration and it will NOT be possible to execute the desired delivery date and time. Our company will nevertheless try to do its utmost for your service and to process your request. Perhaps, in extreme cases, even though your place of delivery is mentioned in the above list, it is not possible to deliver the desired date and time for adverse reasons or in case of a long distance from the nearest distribution center.
As a result this service needs to be taken under reservation and always on the basis that it may not be processed according to the customer’s needs. Otherwise, our company will not be held liable for any dissatisfaction or dispute with the customer.
Our company offers you the option to deliver your items directly at your place even on Saturday. This service is provided at an additional cost of € 3.00. The charge is forwarded directly by the shipping company to the customer and there are no further costs from our company. In order to execute this order, the final customer must select the service from the checkout page as well as the corresponding date from the “Delivery date” field.
If the customer selects Saturday as the selected delivery day but does not select the service from the checkout page, the delivery will be executed the next business day.
