1. Pay on Delivery

Your products can be shipped using the Cash on Delivery method where the payment is made to the employee of the respective Courier company after delivery of your products.

The Cash on Delivery method is free of charge for shipments within Greece. For shipments outside Greece there may be different charges. For more information on shipping costs, please refer to the shipping page.

2. Bank Deposit

You can choose the bank that makes it easier for you to deposit the amount of your order.

In the bank’s deposit, you must state your full name and your order number, which is automatically issued by the system and is shown after the checkout process as well as the e-mail you have declared and received the order confirmation.

3. With credit or debit card

During the checkout process you can also pay online, instantly and quickly, using your credit or debit card. We use Piraeus’ electronic payment gateway to provide our customers with a fast and secure online payment experience.

After selecting credit or debit card payment and clicking “Complete Order” you will be taken directly to Eurobank’s secure transaction environment in order to enter your card details and complete your payment.

Once your payment has been accepted, you will automatically be directed back to our Online Store where you will find the success of your order as well as your details.

Cards from all banks are accepted as long as it is one of the following types:

• VISA
• MasterCard
• Maestro

Note: In case the payment is not successful your order won’t be placed.

4. Pay in our physical store

The customer can, upon consensus, come to pick up the products that he has ordered directly from our store, hours and days of operation.

In our physical store you can pay either with cash or by using your debit or credit card (VISA, MasterCard) as we have an approved POS terminal.

Remarks:

• Our physical as well as our online store does NOT currently accept payment of the products in installments – interest-free or with any other arrangement.
• If you choose Bank Deposit and the payment is not executed within three (3) days, your order will automatically be canceled by the system.
• Our company policy does NOT accept credit orders by any means.
• Our physical as well as our online store does NOT accept payment using an American Express credit or debit card.
• For payments via bank deposit to countries other than Greece or in case of a bank deposit made by an opposite credit institution the final customer is charged the corresponding interbank charges. If they do not appear and if such costs are incurred, you will be immediately contacted by a BeStarlet representative. As a result, the order will not be able to be processed until the agreed amount is settled.
• All prices in our online store include 24% VAT.
