If for any reason you wish to return any of the products you have purchased you have the option of doing so by replacing it with some other equal or greater value by following the suggestions below.
Product returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receipt of the products. In this case, you will only be charged for the cost of returning the product.
Returns are only accepted when the product is in the same condition as you received it, without being unsealed or the packaging tampered with. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the products and the intact packaging once you receive the items, in order to identify any obvious defects.
Remarks:
– If the customer wishes for a return, this can only be done through telephone consultation and consensus by the person in charge of the company’s shipping department.
– In case of purchase of any product, a retail receipt is issued, if the product is returned, VAT charges are not returned to the customer.
– Return costs are always charged to the customer unless the product is not accepted at delivery by the shipping company.
– In no case a refund request includes the initial shipping costs.
– Special orders – such as prints on clothing and other products made to order in the desired size of the customer – can not be returned, replaced with another product, money or any other means.
Defective products
If the product you received has a defect, you can contact us in order to solve the issue. In case of returning the product and after we find that the fault is due to a manufacturing issue, we undertake, upon your request, either to replace it or to refund your money within 10 working days * from the date of receipt of the product.

All of our products are thoroughly reviewed before delivery to carrier company – and we can guarantee their newness and that are in excellent condition. As a result, all products travel on behalf of and customer risk.
